At sixteen and seventeen, the duo along with some friends, had the opportunity to open for Bobby Rydell. This ignited their passion for performing the music of many generations.

While performing with local favorites the Royal Kings they continued to open for headlining acts from the 50’s, 60’s and 70’s. These headliners included Harold Melvin and the Bluenotes, Little Anthony, AWB, the Flamingos and a host of other well-known performers.
